At Taaza Sabji, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that you receive fresh and high-quality vegetables. We ensure that every order is carefully packed and delivered. However, if you encounter issues, this Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions and processes for requesting returns and refunds.
1.1 Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns for items under the following conditions:
- The product received is spoiled or damaged.
- The delivered product does not match the order (e.g., wrong item).
- The product is missing from the order.
1.2 Ineligible Items:
Returns are not applicable for:
- Product used by the customer.
- Items purchased in error or due to a change of mind.
- Orders not collected on the scheduled pickup day for self-pickup services.
2. Requesting a Return or Refund
2.1 Time Frame:
All return or refund requests must be made within 1 hour of delivery or within 1 hour from the time of pickup to ensure product quality verification.

2.3 Verification:
Once the request is submitted:

- If eligible, the return/replacement/refund process will be initiated promptly.
3. Refund Options
Approved refunds can be processed in the following ways:
- Store Credit: Credited to your Taaza Sabji account for future purchases.
- Original Payment Method: Refunds processed back to your bank account, card, or UPI within 7 business days.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Order Cancellations:
- For both doorstep delivery and self-pickup, the order can be cancelled before order confirmation.
- If you wish to cancel your order after order confirmation, you can contact our team to cancel your order manually within 10 minutes for doorstep delivery and by 10 am for self-pickup orders, before closing the ordering window.
4.2 Refunds for Canceled Orders:
- Full refunds will be processed for timely cancellations.
5. Special Cases
5.1 Bulk or High-Value Orders:
For bulk orders, refunds may require additional time for verification and processing.
5.2 Delivery Delays:
If your order is significantly delayed and you no longer wish to accept it, contact our support team for assistance.
