Thank you for choosing Taaza Sabji! This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the delivery and pickup of orders from our platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
1. Delivery Areas and Methods
We currently offer two methods of order fulfillment:
- Doorstep Delivery: Available for customers within a 4 km radius of our service area.
- Self-Pickup Service: Available for customers within a 4–12 km radius, where orders can be collected from designated stores.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Doorstep Delivery: Orders placed between 5 AM and 10 AM will be delivered within 1-2 hour of ordering.
- Self-Pickup Orders: Orders will be dispatched to the customer's selected stores (during checkout process) by 12 AM and will be available for collection between 2 pm to 8 pm on the same day.
3. Delivery and Pickup Charges
- A nominal charge is applicable for both doorstep delivery and self pickup from our designated stores (this charge is for transportation cost).
- Delivery charges may reduce depending on promotional offers or the total order value (e.g., free service for orders above ₹600 (valid only during the offer period)).
4. Order Process and Notifications
Once an order is placed:
- Customers will receive an order confirmation via SMS.
- Updates on delivery or pickup status will be shared through the contact information provided during checkout.
5. Special Circumstances
- Delays: While we aim to meet our timelines, delivery may be delayed due to factors like traffic, weather, or other unforeseen events. Customers will be notified in such instances.
- Unavailable Items: If any item is unavailable, we will inform the customer promptly and offer alternatives or refunds.
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate information is provided during checkout, including contact details and delivery address.
- For self-pickup orders, collect the order within the designated store hours to maintain the freshness of your vegetables.
- Once your order is confirmed you will have the option to download your invoice in the order section. You have to show this invoice or bill to the store parcel handling staff or manager to collect your order. You will not receive your order without showing your billing invoice.
